— Publication of a Facebook post about how “Koshe Partiyasy” and the “DCK” are true patriots of the country.
2) At 14:30, a trial on politically motivated criminal case under Article 405 Part 2 against civil activist Berik NOGAYEV will take place..
Berik NOGAYEV is prosecuted for:
— Calls to join the opposition “DCK” movement and participate in peaceful protests;
— Informing about political persecution;
— Demands to release political prisoners;
— Calls to vote for the Ak Zhol party on 10 January 2021 and to come out to peaceful protest.
3) At 15:00, an online trial on the politically motivated criminal case under Article 405 Parts 1 and 2 («organization and participation in the activities of an extremist organization») against civil activist Ainur MYRZALIYEVA will take place.
Ainur MYRZALIYEVA is being prosecuted on political grounds for:
— Calls and participation in peaceful protests;
— The fact that she called people to come to Dulat AGADIL’S As (memorial service) in Talapker village;
— Reposted publications by Mukhtar ABLYAZOV;
— Sending an audio message to Telegram on how to contact Mukhtar ABLYAZOV via ZOOM.
